whoa, things have been crazy this weekend.

well, friday night was great, went into manchester, felt great and had a reall good time, came home and tripped over the cat, and smashed my head off the kitchen counter. ouch. Woke up the next morning, in bed- no idea how I got there, to find my head pounding, and my nose feeling as though id been smacked in the face with a brick.

Saturday came, and the brusing started... omg, thank god for the power of make up!! eveyone mustve thought id been punched in the face. All my nose, and my forehead too...

sunday came, and it was xmas decorations time!! Up went the tree, and so up went the cats. I swear, if its climable, theyre up there!! I have 2 8 month old kittens, and they are mischevious!!

Anyways its almost midnight in england so im going to sign off-

Out into Manchester tonight- perfect excuse to get glammed up!

so, run down- dark eyeshadow- check, false eyelashes- check

Hair products- check, outfit.... oooh. Now thats where I have a problem. I have no clue what to wear!! eek!!

oh, well, im sure ill find something to wear in the 6 hours I have before I actually go out... haha. No idea where we're going, but probably will make it up as we go along! anyone else out in Manchester tonight?? It really is a good night if you've never been, though wouldve loved to have gone to the hacienda when it was in full swing... but that would mean I would have to be 50ish now. Oh well.

Id much rather be 21.

Butterflies are one of my favourite things in the world. I have butterfly bracelets all up and down my arms, mainly because they were gifts from my friends!

Butterflies start off life by being tiny catapillars, who are regarded as being a pest and not one of the prettiest things in the world. They grow gradually, and when the time comes they make a caccoon, and slip inside, and tranform into beautiful butterflies.

I believe that most people in this world are like catapillars, and with faith, support, and unconditional love, they can transform into beautiful people, just like the beautiful butterflies the catapillar's turn into.

Anyways, thats my philosophical moment over! Today, it is extremely cold in England, but later, I have to venture out into it, as Im applying for an events manager posistion for a club in manchester and have an interview for it!!

Hopefully the role will suit me, because Im running low on funds, and there's only so many journal entries you can write per day!

Im Emma, AKA Kallisti. Why Kallisti I hear you say... well...It was a name given to me when I was 15, which supposedly described my character, so here is a small history lesson for you:

καλλίστῃ, "kallistē(i)", was inscribed on the Golden Apple of Discord by Eris, meaning "for the fairest" or "to the most beautiful" in ancient Greek. The word Kallisti has become a principal symbol of Discordianism, a modern religion.

Discordianism is a modern religion centered on the idea that chaos is as important as order. It was founded circa 1958–1959 by Malaclypse the Younger with the publication of its principal text, the Principia Discordia.

If organized religion is the opium of the masses, then disorganized religion is the marijuana of the lunatic fringe.

The very idea of a Discordian organization is something of a paradox. Nevertheless, some structure is indicated in Principia Discordia. The most general group, presumably including all Discordians (and potentially others), is The Discordian Society, whose definition is “The Discordian Society has no definition”.^[13] Within the society are sects of Discordianism, each under the direction of an “Episkopos” (overseer in Greek, source of English bishop and episcopal).

Discordians who do not form their own sects, whether they belong to someone else's sect or not, make up the Legion of Dynamic Discord, and may be referred to as Legionnaires. Would-be Discordians are told in the Principia Discordia:
